Your instructor can handle all aspects of the activity, including ski lifts and transfers.

Depending on your needs, the instructor will provide tailored guidance with a focus on helping you become independent. 

Specialised equipment for mobility impairments, including the TESSIER DualSki and Stabilo SUPERLITE, is included in the teaching service

For a stay in complete serenity!
The ESF Tignes Val Claret offers two insurance policies for your stay in Tignes:

In case of a ski accident during your stay, we recommend you to opt for the "Carré Neige" insurance.
> For a stay in complete serenity, we recommend you to choose an Cancellation insurance.
(These insurance will be offered as an option during your online booking!)
Private lessons information :
 > In the event of an injury, please contact your insurance company for a refund.
 > Private lessons can only be cancelled or refunded up to 24h in advance.
        > All bookings made on the day or on the day before the private lesson will not be refundable or modifiable.
 > Bad weather conditions are not a valid reason for cancelling private lessons.

Frequently asked questions
where IS the meeting point?
The meeting point is situated front of our esf main office, on the snow front of Tignes Val Claret, close to the "Tufs" chairlift.
do i need a ski pass?
 > If you are beginner, the ski pas is not necessary for the first days...
 > The instructor will tell you if you need a ski pass during the private lessons.
can i discuss with a specialized esf instructor before my trip in tignes?
Yes! Our specialized instructors in assisted skiing are at your disposal for all questions concerning your ski sessions, but also for practical informations about your stay in Tignes!
I would like to ski during the course with my husband who will ski with the instructor, is this possible?
Yes ! Members of the entourage can attend the course to ski together. Depending on the level of each the instructor will adapt his itinerary!
Is it included the ski equipment?
Yes! The Tandm or access ski equipment is included!
